Room was ok. Clean & Neat. tap inside the washroom basin was loosened. Housekeeping was upto the standard. lights were dim.

The bed linen was dirty. Service is very poor. You will get a bottle of water after calling several times after hours of making a request. Not even a single chair in the room to sit. They are offering room service without even a proper table to eat the food at. Exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working. Most of the light fixtures were malfunctioning.

Hotel stay is pleasant. This is my second after i stayed here initially in july 2024. Room is clean and basic hygiene standard is maintained. Food is really good. I ordered vege food and they were lop smacking. Since i didn't order non veg foods, so i would not be able to comment on that located just 2 minute walking distance from ranchi railway junction. Overall 4 star out of 5. To

4. Hotel blue shivalik is average. Location perfect. Just 5 minutes walk from ranchi railway station. Staff behavior good but the bathroom was not properly clean. Water soaking marks on the walls visible. Ac did not work properly and had to call the staffs. The room had several curtains but one of them was not properly clean. The restaurant served good food. The choice for the complementary breakfast was nice.

Hotel was in deplorable condition as ac was broken, making noise, toilet door was not closing, the geyser was not working, and the toilet had a lot of sepage. Even don't have dry towel. Room size, it is mentioned on the app 289 sqft, but the room is even not the half of the size mentioned on the app. It's not only hotel fault but make my 訂房網站 as well as how it is certified by makemy訂房網站.

Hotel blue shivalik was cost a lot more than it deserve. Facilities are not below average, even service was not that good. Issue of cleanliness was there in the lift, gallery and room.
